Features:
A definite improvement over other ornamental millet. 'Jester' has wider
leaves at 1.5". 'Jester' has better color, transitioning from chartreuse to
red to burgundy. It branches much more easily forming a clump more quickly.
And it's a stouter, sturdier plant. The blooms make an interesting addition
