Features: 1-2", dark blue flowers cluster on sturdy stalks
providing spectacular color in early fall. Deeply veined, dark green, glossy
foliage offers interest before plants bloom. Afternoon shade and sufficient
water are required to maximize growth. Aconitum is resistant to diseases and
pests, partially because it is poisonous. Handle plant with caution. Good
companion plants are Ajuga, Sedum, and Japanese Anemones .
