Use in formal designs where a medium-sized plant is desired and as substitute for English Boxwood in foundation plantings.

Prune lightly in late winter to early spring to maintain uniform shape. If fall frosts burn new growth, clip off in early winter. Thinning is not necessary. Space plants to ensure good air movement and apply a light layer of mulch annually.
