Additional Information about Gardenia jasminoides 'Frostproof'

This compact, mounding gardenia will stand up against early spring cold snaps. 'Frostproof' is hardier than other gardenias and, if given better soil conditions, can tolerate full sun.

White, fragrant, double flowers bloom in abundance amongst the dark, green foliage. Blooms appear sporadically throughout the summer.
