Agapanthus Northern Star PP20957

Lily of the Nile

Resembling an oversized and exquisitely colored onion flower, Agapanthus 'Northern Star' has fleshy green strap-like foliage with sturdy stems supporting masses of rounded flower heads comprised of numerous blue star shaped flowers. An impressive and long blooming, but somewhat tender, perennial, the rich, intense blue color of this selection is outstanding in the late summer garden.
