Easy and Delicious Cake

|  | 1 box yellow cake mix |  
|  | 1 stick butter |  
|  | 1 egg |  
|  | Topping: |  |  | 
|  | 1 jar peach preserves |  
|  | 1 cup powdered sugar |  
|  | 2 eggs |  
|  | 1-1/2 cups chopped peaches |  
|  | 8 oz. cream cheese, softened |  | 
 
Directions
Preheat oven 350°.
For crust: Mix cake mix, butter and egg. Press into a 9 x 12 inch pan.
For Topping: Beat together the preserves, sugar, eggs, cream cheese and peaches. Mix thoroughly and pour onto crust. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
Serving Information
Serve warm with peach or vanilla ice cream.
